Another Easter has come and gone, and at Villa (where I work) we fed 800+ guests. Cannoli's, Cream Puffs, Macaroons, Chocolate Mousse Tarts, Chocolate dipped strawberries, Passionfruit Tarts, Mango Gelee Pyramids, Keylime Meringues, and many many more. My team and I made over 2500 of these petit pastries. Bon Appetite!
