Chocolate Gala

Every year Villa Christina hosts a decadent Chocolate Gala to raise money for Cystic Fibrosis. Restaurants from around Atlanta come and bring chocolate desserts for the masses. A silent auction is held, chocolate martini's are mixed and there is always a lot of music and dancing. This year was a huge turnout, we had over 800 attendees. Here are some pictures from the event of me and my assistant Britten and our table of desserts.

excited: about going to Pittsburgh on Saturday

loving: the scent of my new shower gel: its coconut lime

planning: to write a book and become famous

daydreaming: about marrying Sidney Crosby and living next door to Mario Lemieux

discovering: that even though life is difficult; that its SUPPOSED to be

knowing: that have a wonderful family that will always be there with whatever I need

fearing: that my life will not turn out how I want it to, but hoping that I will be happy

fighting: the urge to stay in bed all day

Longing: for the day when I can look back on my life and realize that all my dreams have come true

A Birthday For Chris

Last weekend we celebrated my friend Chris' Birthday. We had planned on going to Fork and Screen for dinner and a movie, but unfortunately we underestimated how many other people would be doing that as well, and it sold out. :( So instead we all went to Mellow Mushroom for some delicious pizza, and then back to the White's house for gifts, dessert and a rousing game of Uno Attack.


Happy Birthday Chris. I had a lovely time celebrating with you.

So here is a clip from the new show The Vampire Diaries. Based on the teen novels by LJ Smith, the story is centered around a young girl who is torn between two vampire brothers.
